						WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN 1 & 2 DAY CLASSES?

					Our 2-day format is ideal for anyone who is brand new to the software (for level 1). It also allows for much more indepth coverage of topics (at any level), and is ideal for participants who want more hands-on time for in-class lessons. Our 1-day format is best for those who have a little experience working with the software on their own, and for those who have very limited time, and need to get up and running quickly.

				HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE IN A COMPUTER CLASS?

				You are assured to receive the highest level of personal attention in our classes. AACTT's unique computer classroom layout also enhances personal productivity. The average class size is about 5 people. The maximum class size is typically held to 10 - 12 participants.

	DOES EVERYONE GET HER/HIS OWN COMPUTER?

				Yes, everyone gets her/his own state-of-the-art personal computer to maximize the greatest benefits of the live, instructor-led, hands-on experience. Macintosh users will always be trained on a Macintosh, and Windows users will always be trained on a Windows PC. Every participant gets a "front row seat!"




				DO I GET A BOOK WITH THE COURSE?

				All public computer courses include relevant, tailored course materials. The materials facilitate in-class note taking and serve as an invaluable, after-class reference, as well. We believe that learning is a two-way interaction. As such, you will understand "why" you are doing things -- not just "how to." Our full-time instructors, with real-world experience will assure you of this.

	WILL AACTT TRAIN AT MY COMPANY?

				Yes, AACTT will go on company site to train on any of the computer courses we offer. We will also go on-site for most other software not taught on a regular basis. AACTT will also customize any computer course to fit your needs. Please call 847-590-9500 or email info@aactt.com for a quote.




				WHAT IF I HAVE QUESTIONS AFTER THE CLASS IS OVER?

				AACTT Computer Training offers FREE after-class support. You may simply send an email to studentsupport@aactt.com, or call us with your question at 847-590-9500. You will usually get an immediate response to your questions and answers are guaranteed within 24 hours.

	CAN I REPEAT A CLASS IF NECESSARY?

	Yes, AACTT offers FREE computer class repeats (same version) for up to one year from your class date. See our Benefits page for more information on our Repeat Policy.




				DO YOU GIVE GROUP DISCOUNTS?

				Yes, for a group of 3 or more at a time in the same class, we typically give an additional 10% discount off our already low prices. For larger groups, please call 847-590-9500 or email us at info@aactt.com for a special quote.

	DO YOU GIVE COLLEGE CREDIT?

	AACTT is not affiliated with any college or university, however AACTT is approved by the Illinois State Board of Education. All students of AACTT receive CEU (continuing education units) for the total hours of each computer class.

	CAN I PAY BY CREDIT CARD?

	Yes, AACTT accepts all major credit cards. (American Express, Master Card, Visa, Discover) Corporations may also pay by credit card, as well.

	DO YOU PROVIDE LUNCH?

	Lunch is not provided, however, there is a restaurant in the building. Most people go out for lunch. There are dozens of fine dining and fast food restaurants in the immediate area. (Lunch break is 1-hour) Click here for lunch suggestions.

	IS THERE PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION NEARBY?
