Please register at least 2 - 4 weeks before the course date. Registrations accepted up to start of course. Subject to availability. Seating is limited. Registrations accepted on a first come first served basis. Guaranteed enrollment is based upon receipt of payment.

Rescheduling/Transfers, Cancellations, Payment: Policies

Fexibility to Fit Your Busy Schedules

If you have a schedule conflict, and need to reschedule a class or classes, you may do so without penalty, by the end of the current quarter. Please notify AACTT Computer Training at least 24 hours prior to original class time, that you'll need to reschedule. If you want to transfer to a different class, you may do so for any class less than or equal to the same price. If the class you want to transfer to is greater in price, you will have to pay the difference. If you need to transfer, please notify AACTT within five days before original class start date.

 

Just in Case... (Cancellations/Refunds)

If for any reason you need to cancel a class, you must notify AACTT within 5 days of the date you registered, and prior to the date of the class. In doing so, you may request a full refund. If notification of cancellation is after 5 days of the registration date, but prior to class date, you may request a refund, but we will deduct a $50 cancellation fee per person/per class/per day. There are no refunds once a class begins. There are no refunds for Corporate Coupon Books. All necessary refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of notification of cancellation.

Payment

AACTT Computer Training accepts company or personal checks and Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover credit cards. AACTT also accepts Company Purchase Orders as a form of deposit. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice, which is processed at the time of registration. Net terms are 30 days from invoice date for current clients. New clients need to pay at the time of registration with a credit card, then they may establish payment terms. Registrations taken less than one week from class date need to be prepaid by credit card. If you transfer to a later class date, payment is still due based on original invoice date.

 

  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Refund Policy

1. When notice of cancellation is given before midnight of the 5th business day after date of acceptance of enrollment, but prior to 1st day of class, all moneys shall be refunded to the student.

2. When notice of cancellation is given after midnight of the 5th business day following acceptance, but prior to the close of the student's 1st day of class attendance, the center may retain no more than the registration fee of $50, or 30% of the cost of the class, whichever is less.

3. When notice of cancellation is given after the completion of the 1st day of class attendance, but prior to the student's completion of 5% of the course of instruction, the center may retain the registration fee plus an amount not to exceed 10% of the class fee, plus cost of materials provided by the center.

4. When student has completed in excess of 5% of the course of instruction, the center may retain the registration fee but shall refund a part of the tuition and other instructional charges in accordance with the following:

• The center may retain an amount computed prorata by days in class plus 10% of class fee and other instructional charges up to completion of 60% of the course of instruction. When the student has completed in excess of 60% of the course of instruction, the center may retain the registration fee and the entire class fee and other charges.

5. A student who, on personal initiative and without solicitation enrolls, starts, and completes a course of instruction before midnight of the 5th business day after the enrollment agreement is signed, is not subject to the cancellation provisions of this section.

6. Applicants not accepted be the center shall receive a refund of all fees paid within 30 calendar days of determination of non-acceptance is made.

7. Deposits or down payments shall become part of the class fee.

8. The center shall mail a written acknowledgment of a student's cancellation or written withdrawal to the student within 15 calendar days of postmark date of notification. Such written acknowledgment is not necessary if a refund has been mailed to the student within 15 calendar days.

9. All student refunds shall be made by the center within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the student's cancellation.

10. A student may give notice of cancellation to the center in writing. The unexplained absence of a student from class shall constitute constructive notice of cancellation to the center. For purposes of cancellation the date shall be the last day of attendance.

11. The center shall refund all moneys paid to it in any of the following circumstances: The center did not provide the prospective student with a copy of the student's valid enrollment agreement and a current catalog or bulletin.The center cancels or discontinues the course of instruction in which the student has enrolled. The center fails to conduct classes on days or times scheduled, detrimentally affecting the student. A center must refund any book and materials fees when: the book and materials are returned to the school unmarked; the student has provided the school with notice of cancellation.
